On 11 January 2012, the High Court of Hong Kong S.A.R. made orders for the winding up of MF Global Holdings Hong Kong Ltd and MF Global Hong Kong Ltd. KPMG's Patrick Cowley, Fergal Power and Lui Yee Man, Rosalie who were appointed as Joint and Several Provisional Liquidators of MF Global Holdings Hong Kong Ltd and MF Global Hong Kong Ltd on 2 November 2011, will continue to act as Provisional Liquidators until such time as a liquidator is appointed. |
