Personal Identification Document for each account holder (e.g. a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or a valid passport) |

A copy of personal address proof from the recent 3 months (e.g. utilities bill, bank statement or income tax statement. Note: P.O. Boxes are NOT acceptable). |
All Documents to be certified true copy by either of the following:
- Representatives of MF Global Hong Kong
- Any related company or representatives of MF Global Hong Kong residing in the customer’s country of residence
- Any branches, subsidiaries or correspondent Bank in the customer’s country of residence
- Notary public, accountant, lawyer in the customer’s country of residence
